FAQs

How long will this take? We’ll start by identifying the most critical elements of the Linchpin Team Method™ for your business and implement those first. You can expect to see meaningful improvements in your operating system within the first 3 months, which is the initial commitment for the CEO System program. After that, we move to a month-to-month model to continue layering in the remaining components. The total length of engagement varies by company, but most clients work with me in this capacity for 6 to 12 months.

How is this different from coaching? In short, CEO Coaching is included in the CEO System, but the reverse is not true. Coaching is a 1:1 relationship focused on you as a leader. CEO System goes further. I work directly with your team, lead implementation, and take ownership of installing the Linchpin Team Methodâ„¢. This is also different from traditional fractional COO support, which tends to be more reactive and ad hoc. This is structured, strategic, and execution-focused.

Can we work on a custom project? Yes, I occasionally take on custom consulting engagements. This could be à la carte support for a specific part of the Linchpin Team Method™, such as Redefining Core Values or it could be a fully tailored project based on your company’s needs. I also have a strong interest and experience in building profitable businesses. Profit is the 4th bonus component of the Linchpin Team Method™. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to reach out. If it’s a fit, I’ll review your goals and put together a custom proposal for you.

How much will this cost? CEO System includes real implementation and fractional executive support. It’s a hands-on engagement, so you can expect it to be 3 to 5 times the cost of my CEO Coaching Program. This is also a one-time investment. The goal is to fully implement the Linchpin Team Method™ so your company can run on a scalable operating system for the long term.
