A person or thing vital to an enterprise or organization.
A Linchpin is someone who is indispensable. They take initiative, own outcomes, sense and solve problems without waiting for a playbook. They bring emotional intelligence, creativity, and leadership to the table and they ship. Linchpins don’t just do the work. They make it rain.
About Linchpin
Linchpin is the personal holding company of Lulu Liang, created to house everything she builds, supports, and invests in.
The name reflects the belief that great businesses are powered by great people, and that meaningful work and successful companies are built by Linchpins willing to take ownership and do the emotional labour.
The inspiration for the name came from the book Linchpin by Seth Godin, the first book Lulu read when transitioning from corporate to entrepreneurship. It was a transformational moment that shifted her mindset and deeply resonated with her.
